Asda recalls Halloween wigs
Scene from BBC's Belfry witches
Asda is asking all customers to return the wigs
Asda has recalled Halloween wigs for children over fears that they not be flame-proof.

The shoulder length black wig, which costs £2.97, should be returned.

ASDA said that the wigs were packaged in a clear plastic box with a photograph of a girl wearing a wig and witches hat on the front.

The number 2720 0780 appears underneath the bar code.

The wigs, which have been on sale since the beginning of September, were recalled because they may not be adequately flame-retardant.

They have now been removed from the shelves and Asda is asking all customers to return this product to their nearest store for a full refund.

It apologises for any inconvenience caused.
