Smelly fish cuisine in Cambodia


Cities in Cambodia have been filled with a fishy aroma as locals engage in the tradition of making Prahok, a fermented fish paste.

It may smell unappetising to the uninitiated but is considered a delicacy. The BBC's Guy De Launey has been putting his taste buds to the test in Phnom Penh.
