President Obama has joined twenty other world leaders in Singapore for the annual Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation summit.
It's part of a regional tour that's also seen him visit Japan.
There, he declared himself to be America's President of the Pacific. And he pledged not to stand in the way of China's development
