Vietnam battered by new storm

A tropical storm which hit Vietnam on Monday has caused more damage than initially thought, barely a month after Typhoon Ketsana struck.

In the worst-hit province, Phu Yen, many homes have been destroyed and entire villages cut off by rising water.

Guy Delauney reports from Cambodia.
