'No aid' unless N Korea disarms

The leaders of South Korea and Japan have met to discuss one of their biggest, shared foreign policy challenges - how to persuade North Korea to abandon the nuclear bomb.

Their message is a tough - unless there is progress there will be no more economic aid for their isolated neighbour.

John Sudworth reports from the South Korean capital Seoul.
