Philippines rescuers 'overwhelmed'

Rescue workers in the Philippines are "overwhelmed" by the scale of the operation they face after the worst flooding for decades.

More than a month's worth of rain fell on Manila in just 12 hours, killing at least 100 people and displacing more than 450,000.

Alastair Leithead reports from Manila.
