North Korea pardons US reporters

North Korean leader Kim Jong-il has issued a special pardon to two detained US journalists, amid an announced visit by Bill Clinton.

Laura Ling and Euna Lee, who had been found guilty of entering the country illegally in March, have now left North Korea with the former US president.
