Laos suffering bomb legacy


The government of Laos is calling for a new international convention which would ban the use of cluster munitions.

During the Vietnam war US planes dropped hundred of millions of small bombs on Laos, many of which lie dormant and continue to kill and maim.

Jill McGivering reports.
