Inside a Philippines evacuation camp

The BBC's Jill McGivering visited one of many evacuation centres in Datu Piang in Mindanao, in the southern Philippines. For the past seven months, it has been the makeshift home of thousands of families.

They fled here from villages that came under attack when fighting intensified last year between Muslim rebels, led by so-called rogue commanders of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), and Philippine government forces.
