Thai PM on Bangkok emergency

Thailand PM Samak Sundaravej said at a news conference that life would go as usual despite Bangkok's state of emergency.

He said: "Life will be going on as usual, but we have right to do something for those who perform what had happened in the Prime Minister's office. That's the only way to solve the problem. We must declare emergency."

He added: "They must move from the government house. They must remove. That is not the place. Anyone has not right to do the things what they have done."
