WWII Japanese bomb kills Philippines treasure hunters

A Japanese bomb from the Second World War has exploded killing five Filipino treasure hunters who took it to one of their homes.

Police said the group found the bomb as they dug for treasure in the mountainous Rizal province, east of the Philippines capital, Manila.

One report said a second bomb had been retrieved from the site and taken to a nearby police station.
