In pictures: South Korea typhoon
More than 100 people are feared dead in South Korea after floods and landslides that have followed the worst typhoon to hit the peninsula in 40 years.

As the storm finally moves away from Korea, troops are being sent to help find survivors and tackle the country's worst damage in history.

As the typhoon swept through the territory, railway bridges were washed away

In the cities most people were able to wade through the floods to safety

Now the massive clean-up is underway

Providing fresh drinking water is an urgent need

But even more pressing is the task of trying to recover those still missing
