Alaska's tallest structure demolished in explosion

Alaska's tallest structure has been destroyed in a controlled demolition using explosives.

The 411m (1,350ft) Long Range Aids to Navigation (LORAN) tower on the Seward Peninsula was brought crashing down.

The Coast Guard, who ordered the demolition, said the tower was deteriorating and at risk of collapse.
