Tsunami wave footage emerges

The first video of the tsunami caused by the Chile earthquake has emerged.

It comes as the Chilean military is attempting to restore order in the country's second city, Concepcion, amid looting.

The death toll of 708 from the 8.8-magnitude quake is expected to rise.

The tsunami caused widespread damage in the fishing village of Constitucion.
