Troops try to keep order in Chile

The Chilean military is attempting to restore order in the country's second city, Concepcion, amid looting after Saturday's devastating earthquake.

Search teams are looking for survivors amid the ruins.

On Juan Fernandez Island, residents had to be moved to safety after tidal surges caused by the quake.
