US toughens air screening rules

The US has introduced full body checks for some passengers wanting to fly to America following a failed attempt to blow up a plane on Christmas Day.

People flying to the US, from or via countries including Nigeria, Sudan, Yemen and Pakistan, will be subjected to full body scanning and extra searches.
