Canada's Aboriginal snowboard team

The Winter Olympics takes place in Vancouver, Canada in 2010.

The Aboriginal Youth Sport Legacy Fund was set up as a result of the games coming to the city - and the funding has led to the creation of a First Nations Snowboard team.

It started with 10 members and now has 200 young people from 13 First Nations from across British Columbia.

The scheme develops competitive Aboriginal snowboarders and certified snowboard instructors.

Aaron Marchant founded the group in 2004 - he talked to the BBC's Brandy Yanchyk.
