The mother-in-law of Tiger Woods has been taken from the golfer's home in Florida by ambulance to a nearby hospital, a spokesman has said.

Local television stations in Orlando said a call for an ambulance had been received from Woods' home in the gated Isleworth community at 0236 (0736 GMT).

A black Cadillac Escalade similar to that which Tiger Woods was driving during his crash two weeks ago was then seen driving into the hospital grounds.
