California wildfires: The 'fire-proof' house

Every year in California hundreds of homes are destroyed by wildfires.

Local residents are forced by law to keep the land around their houses free of brush and anything else that could easily burn.

But some California homeowners have gone to extreme measures to make sure their property does not burn down.

Peter Bowes met British expat Nick Roberts, who has built what is claimed to be a virtually fire-proof house in the hills above Malibu.
