Obama holds talks with Indian PM Manmohan Singh

The US president has welcomed Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, on what is being billed as the first state reception of Barack Obama's presidency.

The two leaders agreed to strengthen co-operation on trade, anti-terrorism and climate change.

Philippa Thomas reports from Washington.
