Push for coca leaf legal goods

The US State Department has accused Bolivia, Venezuela and Burma with failing to do enough to fight the drug trade.

But in Bolivia - despite harsh criticisms that more coca will inevitably mean more cocaine - there are moves to encourage more legal products made from the leaves.
