New York Fashion Week sees supermodels effortlessly gliding down catwalks in high heels.

But however much you might aspire to the dizzying heights of five inch stilettos, walking in them is almost a circus feat.

Russian model Anastassia Khokissova runs an online high-heel 'boot camp' for fellow models to help them look elegant when walking down fashion week catwalks.

Dumeetha Luthra went along to meet her and get her own private lesson.
