Obama on Guantanamo closure

US President Barack Obama has outlined plans to close prison camp Guantanamo Bay by January 2010.

But he said he was "not going to release individuals who endanger the American people."

Mr Obama was speaking at the US National Archives, where the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights are kept.
