Statue of Liberty crown to reopen

The crown of New York's Statue of Liberty is due to reopen to visitors for the first time since it was closed after the 2001 September 11 attacks.

Reporters and photographers caught a glimpse of the view which will open to the public again on July 4, American Independence Day.
