GM and Segway create new vehicle

Struggling US carmaker General Motors has gone into business with Segway, the makers of electronic scooters. The idea is a two-wheeled, two-seater, electric vehicle for urban drivers.

The vehicle, named Puma, has a top speed of 35mph and can go as far as 35 miles on a single charge.

The BBC's Caroline Hepker went for a ride in the prototype.
