How to make the perfect mojito

Writer Ernest Hemingway moved to Cuba in 1939 and spent 21 years there, writing many of his most famous works.

He was an infamous drinker and the Bodegita Del Medio in Havana was one of his favourite watering holes.

Michael Voss visited the bar to find out how to make Cuba's famous rum cocktail, the mojito.
