Tornado touches down in Oklahoma

A tornado has ripped through central Oklahoma, killing several residents, damaging buildings and knocking down power lines.

Local schools were placed in lockdown during the storm.

Forecasters are warning of further thunderstorms and tornadoes in Oklahoma and Texas.
