As President Hugo Chavez celebrates his 10th year in office, two Venezuelans give their very different perspectives on the last decade.

Housewife Jessica Palma has four children, one of whom is disabled. She says the government's financial assistance has been crucial to her son's treatment.

Miguel Zamorra, a 56-year-old taxi driver, has a different view. Fired as a state oil worker, he claims he has been "denied everything" by the government.
