Somersaulting truck, leaping bike

A leaping motorcyclist and a somersaulting trucker claim they have broken new world records in Las Vegas.

New Zealander Rhys Millen, 36, became the first to back-flip an off-road truck in the air.

He landed off-balance, forcing his vehicle to flip on its side a few times after landing, but then walked away unharmed.

Australian Motocross rider Robbie Maddison drove his motorbike to top of a 30-metre high replica Arc de Triomphe.

He then dropped onto a ramp the other side, injuring his left hand. Maddison called the record his most difficult jump ever.
