Venezuela voting extended

Voting has been extended in Venezuela's regional elections to allow thousands who have been queuing for hours to cast their ballots.

The elections are being seen as a crucial test for President Hugo Chavez, who lost a referendum last year which would have allowed him to seek indefinite re-election.
