Man survives van explosion

A welder in the US has survived after a van carrying propane gas tanks exploded.

The blast in Hialeah, Florida which was reportedly caused by the man lighting a cigarette, was captured on nearby surveillance cameras.

The driver suffered burns but is in a stable condition in hospital.
