US voters' views: Rais Wilson

In the run-up to the most hotly contested US presidential election in years we are asking BBC News website readers from key primary states to share their opinions and views.

Here, Democratic voters from the crucial battleground of Pennsylvania choose between their party's two candidates.

I will vote for Barack Obama on Tuesday, as I think he is the more trustworthy of the two candidates.

In 10 words or less: Frank, open-minded, worldly, happy, proud of my people

For a black candidate like Obama to become president would speak volumes about how far we have come as nation - although I won't be voting for him just because he is black.

There have been black presidential candidates before, but Obama is the strongest.

We had a Clinton in office before and if Hillary got in, I believe Bill would be the real force behind her presidency.

They've had their chance, it's time for a new family.

I believe Obama when he says he will lower gas prices, and if you're anti-war, you've got to support Obama.

He is a trustworthy and believable kind of guy. Just look at the times when he has been in hot water during the campaign - it has been caused by telling the truth, like when he came clean about his preacher, Reverend Jeremiah Wright.

I would rather have someone truthful in office than someone like Hillary, who tries to sugar-coat everything.

If she is going to lie to me like she did over her Bosnia trip, what's she going to tell me once she's back in the White House?

I think it will be very close on Tuesday. Hillary will probably win, because she has led in Pennsylvania throughout and has the support of the governor and the mayor of Philadelphia.

But all is not lost if Obama runs her close and loses here. He will still lead in the delegates and will win the nomination at the convention.
