Body found on plane from Cuba

A body has been found at Gatwick airport, south of London, in the undercarriage of a passenger plane from Cuba.

The police say an investigation has begun into the circumstances of the death and that the body was taken to a hospital for a postmortem.

The identity of the man is as yet unknown.

The plane was on a flight from the Cuban capital, Havana, to London with a stopover in the Bahamas.
