Friday, January 29, 1999 Published at 12:47 GMT World: Americas Bolivians dissappeared in Chile The Bolivian Congress has said it will send the Spanish judge, Baltasar Garzon, a list of the Bolivian citizens who disappeared under the regime of Augusto Pinochet in Chile in the hope it will allow Bolivia to become a witness in the case against him. The president of the Chamber of Deputies, Hugo Carvajal, said the list included seven people. But, Mr Carvajal said that the action will not affect the former military ruler of Bolivia and current President, Hugo Banzer. He was in power at the time of the Condor Plan in which Latin American rulers coordinated actions against left-wing activists. President Banzer has denied any knowledge of the plan.
