The authorities in Mexico City say nine of its policemen have been charged with abducting and raping three teenage girls.
The policemen are alleged to have taken them to a police station and held them there for several days.
The girls aged 13, 15 and 18 said they'd been offered a lift by the policemen on Sunday and only managed to escape on Wednesday.
A city spokesman called it a sickening incident and said an example should be made of the nine accused.
