In pictures: Brazil's stadium crush
Dozens of football fans were injured in Rio de Janeiro when a fence collapsed during the final of Brazil's Joao Havelange Cup between Vasco da Gama and Sao Caetano.

![]() More than 60 people were injured and many spectators were in a state of shock
![]() There was speculation that the accident may have been caused by a fight between fans
![]() The players and the referee could only watch as the game broke up just 21 minutes into play
![]() Injuries ranged from bruises to broken limbs, with the more seriously injured flown to hospital in Rio
![]() Police stand guard in Sao Januario stadium. The game was cancelled and will be rescheduled
