Lebanon has claimed the latest victory in the continuing hummus battle with Israel by making a 10-tonne vat of the chickpea-based dip.
That more than doubles the previous record of about four tonnes set by Israeli cooks.
The Lebanese cooks now have their sights on wrapping up the falafel record, which was also set by Israel earlier this year
