Liberians face flood threat after climate cash is 'unaccounted for'


Large sums promised to developing countries to help them tackle climate change cannot be accounted for, a BBC investigation has found.

One of the places effected is Liberia on Africa's west coast. The country, which has been devastated by years of civil war, is now facing a second major threat - the ocean.
