Russian president visits Egypt

The Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has arrived in Egypt and met President Hosni Mubarak, at the start of a four-day trip to Africa.

President Medvedev is set to visit Nigeria, Namibia and Angola, promoting Russian business interests, particularly in the energy sector.

Christian Fraser reports from Cairo.
