Royal Navy stops pirate action

Ten suspected pirates have been stopped by the Royal Navy off the coast of Africa, but the Navy had to release the men.

Because the interception took place when the men were not caught in the act of hijacking a ship, the crew of HMS Portland were not able to detain them.
