The makers of a documentary, filmed in Zimbabwe, say they have uncovered evidence that dozens of inmates of the country's prisons are dying every day of starvation and disease.
The film called 'Hell Hole' was made by the South African Broadcasting Corporation and shot with cameras smuggled into some of the country's 55 prisons.
