Lesotho Aids diary: Video

Macecilia Makhetha Leche co-ordinates a team of HIV/Aids counsellors in the mountain kingdom of Lesotho, which has one of the world's highest rates of HIV.

She shows us round her community of St Rodrigue, 40km south of the capital, Maseru, where, over the next six months, the BBC will follow the lives of seven people affected by Aids in one way or another.
