Kenyan voters' views: Abdirizak
Abdirizak Bulle, 49, has a small trading business in Moyale town on Kenya's border with Ethiopia in North-Eastern province.

Abdirizak spoke to the BBC News website at 1150 GMT while he was walking around town.

Polling stations are working well; working very nicely and very smoothly.

The election has been going on since the morning at 0600 local time [0300 GMT].

I voted at 0800 local time with my family.

Now I am going around checking the mood of the people to see if they are happy or not.

NORTH-EASTERN PROVINCE
Political affiliation: ODM (Odinga) majority
Ethnicity: Somalis
Issues: Poor infrastructure; neglected livestock industry; insecurity

So far from what I have heard, people are very happy.

In the history of this country, an election like this one has never be seen; not ever like this before.

The competition is so high. There is no violence in our province. And people are democratically minded and we know we all have our own choice.

Here in north-eastern Kenya, we feel marginalised
Abdirizak Bulle, Moyale

I am very much enjoying today because I am part of it and its success.

By midnight we should know the parliamentary results and so who our civic leaders are.

I will be waiting around until we hear, throughout the night if need be.
