Eleven killed in South African crash

Eleven people have been killed in South Africa in a head-on collision between a bus and a truck.

The accident occurred in the early hours of the morning Wedon the main north-south highway, about three-hundred-and-fifty kilometres north of Cape Town.

At least twenty-nine people were injured, some of them critically.

The cause of the accident was not immediately known.
