Morocco mosque collapse kills 10
Map of Morocco
A house built above a mosque in the north-east Moroccan city of Fez has collapsed, leaving 10 worshippers dead and five injured.

People were praying inside the Ain Khalil mosque in the old city when the mosque caved in under the collapsing house, the interior ministry said.

The government had been planning to buy the house, the ministry added.

King Mohammed VI sent condolences to the families of the victims of Thursday's accident.
