Army commander Major General Jeje Odongo said the plane took off from Uganda's Entebbe airport on Friday heading for Bunia, a town just inside the DRC, but never arrived. He told the French news agency the delegation on board included the brother of the military chief of staff. He said he had no details about what might have happened to the plane.Ugandan troops were deployed in eastern Congo to prevent Ugandan rebels launching cross-border attacks.
