Sunday, August 30, 1998 Published at 15:25 GMT 16:25 UK World: Africa Congo on agenda of Non-Aligned meeting CAN FOLLOW DR CONGO The conflict in Congo is one of the issues being discussed at a meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement, which is getting underway in the South African city of Durban. The Congolese government has tabled a resolution condemning Rwanda and Uganda for what it calls their aggression on its territory. In his opening address to delegates at the Non-Aligned meeting, the South African foreign minister, Alfred Nzo, said the Movement should continue to be a chmapion of the weak and powerless against the strong and powerful.
