Moscow TV tower saved
	Russian engineers are beginning work to restore telecommunications links which have been badly disrupted. Four people died in the blaze. Once a symbol of Soviet power, the tallest man-made structure in Europe can now be saved. The BBC's Robert Parsons reports.
