| The Conservatives say lives of hospital patients are being put at risk by the poor language skills among some foreign doctors. The party's health spokesman, Dr Liam Fox, has called for tougher English tests for doctors working in the NHS who qualified overseas. The BBC's Political Correspondent Nicholas Jones reports.
