Two killed in South Korean storms

Several days of heavy rain have left at least five people dead and another three missing in South Korea.

Hundreds of homes were submerged, vast rice fields were flooded and sections of major roads and rail lines were washed away.

The South Korean authorities say that water levels in some reservoirs are now at dangerous levels.

They have ordered millions of anti-disaster army reservists to be mobilized to help combat floods as more rain is forecast. The rains are said to have caused five million dollars worth of damage.
